1. Subscription & Consent (Opt-In)

By signing up for the Klein Audio newsletter, submitting your email for product updates, or opting in at checkout, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

  • Express Consent: We use an opt-in system. We will not add you to marketing lists without your clear, affirmative consent (such as checking an un-checked box at checkout or submitting your email through a dedicated sign-up form).

We respect your inbox. Klein Audio will only send email communications related to:

  • Processing Time: Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and immediately, but please allow up to 3 business days for our systems to fully update.

  • Transactional Emails: Opting out of marketing emails will not stop critical transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping tracking numbers, or safety/recall notifications regarding gear you have purchased.
